Two 30-minute sessions to start the process of making the changes

Six 30-minute sessions spread over 3 months. With this commitment several clients start to report successful outcomes.

Twelve 30-minute sessions spread over 6 months. Coaching and self-improvement is a long horizon journey. By committing to yourself with the help of your coach our clients really start to experience transformational change.
